Mmm. I like it XD

The only thing I hate is the text. And I hate it with a passion. [shakes fist] I couldn't seem to get it in the right place.... The space just looked so EMPTY! Which is why I made the text curved... But I think it looks tacky now T_T but oh well, it's the best I could come up with XD (Unless anyone else has any suggestions?!)

Hehe, that Bay horseh is actually a sort of frankenhorse XD Its bent front leg is actually from another horse (That's the first time I've merged parts of two horses together) and its right front leg is now its left front leg. I also kinda messed up the grey's face so I had to restick its eye back on O_o The wings also underwent some minor shape reconstruction but I sort of killed the wing on the left so sections of it have been stuck on again XD I redid all the manes/tails and the ears have all been rotated to look like they're fighting. It's times like these where I wish I had a tablet, because that would make it SO much easier to draw my OWN manes/tails instead of having to rely on arrsis' hair brushes... Although I have drawn a few strands in myself, just for some highlights.

Basically though, I'm happy :) If it just wasn't for that text... [shakes fist]

Critique is encouraged, as I have been using new tools which I never normally use on photoshop, so I'm hoping to improve :)

Wow! I really love this. And you know that? The text is the first thing that caught my eye and thought you had done really well. It's nice and simple and fills in that space just fine I think. I LOVE the use of textures, they aren't overbearing and yet you can tell they are there, really lovely stuff. Great job on the horse 'reconstructions', once you get started on them you don't stop, trust me ;)

Aaw thank you! :D I'm glad you think the text is good XD I was a little worried about it and I thought about using a brush to print a sort of swirl beside or behind it... but I couldn't get that to work so I made it curve around the moon thing :P

Hehe yes, textures are my friends. I could NOT live without them XD

And yes, I'm quite enjoying the 'reconstructions' :P I'll definetely be doing them more of them XD Although this DOES mean that I spend twice as long searching for stock images to use to see which pictures I can merge together to form a brand new funkytastic creature :XD:
