That's an Eastern Water Dragon, not a Tuatara. They are very similar lizards, but the Tuatara owns less patterns across the scales and more ridged textures. Also, as the name states, Water Dragons tend to prefer homes near large bodies of water while the tuatara are forest dwellers.
